"Har Ghar Durga" Campaign Launches, Empowering Women with Free Self-Defense Training

The Government of [State] has launched the "Har Ghar Durga" campaign, a comprehensive self-defense training program for women across the state. This initiative aims to equip women with essential skills to protect themselves and instill confidence and courage.
Key Highlights:
- Free self-defense training for women in government industrial institutions
- Training sessions to be conducted 2-3 times a week, year-round
- Launch event on September 30, featuring Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla as chief guest
- Dignitaries including Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, and actress Adah Sharma to attend

The campaign will commence at the newly renamed Maharana Pratap Government Industrial Institute in Kurla, Mumbai. The state cabinet has also approved the renaming of 14 ITIs across the state.
