Training from Pak commandos to infiltrated terrorists in Poonch
Srinagar / Representative
According to police and army sources, the terrorists, who infiltrated Poonch and entered India from Pakistan, received training from Pakistani commandos. Firing between security forces and infiltrators has been going on for the last 8 days in which 9 jawans have been martyred. It was not immediately clear how many terrorists were there or how many were killed.
For almost a week now, the security forces have been searching for terrorists who have infiltrated from the Indo-Pakistani border bordering Jammu and Kashmir. Despite the security forces conducting a combing operation to find the terrorists, no information has been received about the number of infiltrators and how many of them were killed. Terrorists are dodging security forces based in dense jungles.
The infiltration was first reported to the security forces on October 10 in the Derawali Gali near the LoC. At this time, 5 jawans including a junior commissioned officer were martyred in the clash with the terrorists. Two were later killed while searching for terrorists in the forest of Nar Khas, while two others are missing.
The way in which these infiltrating terrorists are trumpeting at the hands of thousands of security personnel must have been trained by Pakistani commandos. Police and army sources said that Pakistani commandos were likely to be involved in the infiltration. Sources said that para-commandos and helicopters would be deployed to search for the militants.
