Hadapsar Assembly MLA Chetan Tupe Patil was honored with the prestigious 'Outstanding Parliamentarian Award' by the President of India, Draupadi Murmu. This esteemed award is presented by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, a renowned organization of democratic legislatures worldwide.
The award recognizes MLA Patil's exceptional performance in the legislature, marked by regular participation, adherence to rules, in-depth knowledge of topics, and outstanding communication skills. He is the first MLA from Pune to receive this award in his first term, a feat previously achieved by former minister Girish Bapat twenty years ago.
Upon receiving the award, MLA Patil humbly accepted it on behalf of the citizens of Hadapsar Assembly Constituency and the people of Pune. He dedicated the award to his late father, MP Vitthal Tupe, his mother Lilavati Vitthal Tupe, family members, activists, friends, and well-wishers.
MLA Patil expressed his gratitude to the citizens of Hadapsar constituency for their trust and pledged to work harder to meet the increased responsibility. He thanked his colleagues and assured that he would continue to strive for the betterment of the constituency with the feeling of faith and gratitude.
