The Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi informed the people about the Solar Policy 2024 in the capital. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal gave the complete plan in a press conference on Monday.

Kejriwal said that the Delhi government has released a new solar energy policy, Solar Policy 2024. Till now the 2016 policy was in force, it was the most progressive policy in the country. In Delhi, electricity up to 200 units is free, up to 400 units half the electricity bill and above that the full bill is charged. Under the new solar policy, people who install solar panels on their rooftop will have zero electricity bill, no matter how many units of electricity they consume. With this you can earn Rs 700-900 every month. Those who spend on solar panels will get returns in 4 years.
Said even on Nitish Kumar joining NDA
On Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar leaving the India Alliance and joining the NDA, Kejriwal said that according to him he should not have gone. If they are not corrected, this is not good for democracy. His move will benefit the India alliance in Bihar and not the NDA.
