MIT World Peace University Honors Senior Journalists with Lifetime Achievement Awards!

MIT World Peace University today recognized the outstanding contributions of senior journalists and editors who have championed justice and exposed wrongdoing through investigative journalism.

At a felicitation ceremony held on campus, the university honored ten distinguished journalists for their tireless efforts to give voice to the underprivileged and address concerns of common citizens.

Lifetime Achievement Awardees:

2. Arun Khore (Pune)
3. Balasaheb Badve (Pandharpur)
4. Acharya Prof. Dr. Ratanlal Sonagra (Ahmednagar)
5. Dr. Sukrit Khandekar (Mumbai)
6. Jayaprakash Dagde (Latur)
7. Raja Mane (Mumbai)
8. Dr. Subroto Roy (Pune)
9. Vinayak Prabhu (Mumbai)
10. Mohammad Waziruddin (Mumbai)

In a special recognition, Founder President of MIT World Peace University, Prof. Dr. Vishwanath Karad, was also bestowed with a dedicated Lifetime Achievement Award.

The ceremony was attended by journalism students, university officials, including Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. R. M.Chitnis and Prof. Dr. Milind Pandey, and other dignitaries.

"This recognition underscores the critical role journalists play in promoting social justice and accountability," said Prof. Dr. Vishwanath. Karad. "We are proud to honor these courageous individuals who have made a lasting impact through their work."
