Kolkata : West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has made a sensational allegation, claiming that there is a conspiracy to destabilize the state by allowing Bangladeshi terrorists to infiltrate its borders. Banerjee accused the Border Security Force (BSF) of permitting this infiltration from various areas along the Bangladesh border.

Banerjee's nephew and Trinamool Congress General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee also criticized the central government's response to the situation in Bangladesh, calling it "incomplete." He urged state BJP leaders to pressure the central government to take decisive action against the atrocities on minorities in Bangladesh.
Meanwhile, the murder of Trinamool Congress councillor Dulal Sarkar in West Bengal's Malda district has added to the growing sense of unease in the state. Mamata Banerjee expressed her grief over the incident, calling for immediate action against the culprits.
